I’m sure this man is very nice usually but was very rude to me. I’m actually quite sad. I made a huge mistake trying to get a gift voucher for my friends birthday. She gave me the number and I booked to go and get it. I guess it wasn’t the right place. The fact that he had the audacity to say I was pranking him and that this was all a joke was quite rude, can you not understand a simple mistake? I made an easy mistake, i thought you were SUKOTHAI and my friend gave me the number. Thank you for making sure my friend didn’t make the mistake talking to you. To think you were about calm and relaxation but I feel anything but. I will never go there and how can I be the only one making a mistake when I told him my friends first AND last name and he went along with it saying oh yeah miss blabla I know her so I thought I was at the right place.
