Ayurvedic Massage
In Ayurveda, oil plays a very important role and the way it is used will reinforce the benefits of the massage.
In addition to completely relaxing the body and mind, Ayurvedic massage soothes and harmonizes the mind by regulating the action of the nervous system. It helps eliminate toxins, promotes blood circulation and makes the skin more supple and soft.
The oil I use comes straight from Sri Lanka, it is of course 100% natural, made from sesame oil and different plants.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is called prenatal massage, and it is beneficial in many ways. Prenatal massage has physical, mental, physiological, and spiritual benefits. It helps relax a woman's body and mind.
Back massage: Lower back pain is common during pregnancy due to pressure on the abdomen. A gentle back massage helps relieve pain.
Foot massage: It helps to acquire deep relaxation, improve sleep, and avoid stress.
Head massage: Helps relax the mind and relieve anxiety.
Body massage: Helps in relaxation and strengthening of muscles, joints, and bones. It relieves many ailments and reduces stress.
